In any innovation department, it is important with a strong connection to the business, but for new product development it is crucial. This is one of the key tasks in our Develop function.

Develop department is responsible for:

• Executing new product development projects from prototype to sale
  • Including the ideation process
  • Ensuring that we have the necessary license to operate
  • Ensuring efficient management of our projects and project portfolio and that we continue to develop our project tools
