Dr. Lin Carson graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science & Technology, then completed a PhD at the Department of Grain Science at Kansas State University. She managed the Research & Development department at two of America’s leading food brands. Dr Carson is the founder and CEO of BAKERpedia - a comprehensive online technical resource for the commercial bakery industry.
