Behnaz Razi Parjikolaei is food scientist at Technology&Functionality, Discover, R&D, Arla Foods Ingredients. Her main focus has been on application and optimization of various membrane processes, e.g. MF, UF, RO, and ED in food and dairy industries. Over the last few years, she has been studying the mechanistic understanding of protein fractionation process by combining the colloidal concepts with membrane surface science. She has also contributed in defining new sustainable technologies to be used for new product with better functionality. Behnaz holds a PhD from University of Southern Denmark.
