Customers respond positively to Arla Foods Ingredients survey

‘Thank you for helping us to keep a finger on your pulse,’ says CEO Henrik Andersen

Close to 200 decision-makers expressed their opinion of Arla Foods Ingredients in a recent online and telephone survey.

Overall, their feedback was positive, with 40% naming Arla Foods Ingredients as their preferred supplier and almost 40% recognising possibilities for increased business.

Action plans are now going ahead in the improvement areas customers have identified, which include delivery and logistics. In the autumn, a follow-up survey will assess the impact of the improvement initiatives.“It means a lot to us that our customers take the time to let us know how we are performing,” says CEO Henrik Andersen.
