Protein is the centre of attention at IFT

New developments from Arla Foods Ingredients attract high interest

Arla Foods Ingredients’ protein solutions drew the crowds at the 2013 IFT Annual Meeting and Food Expo, where protein was identified as one of the key trends impacting the food industry right now.
The Arla Foods Ingredients booth showcased concepts for protein enrichment of dairy and juice beverages, egg-replacing proteins for bakery, and whey proteins for rapid sports recovery and clinical nutrition.
With 23,500 visitors and 1,171 exhibitors, the food science event in Chicago was one of the best attended ever.
