Quality starts here – a brand and a mindset This issue of Talking Point includes examples of some of our latest efforts to stay ahead of the market’s quality requirements – our approach to China’s new infant formula policy and latest pilot production project are among them.

Arla Foods Ingredients has led the development of whey-based ingredients for the food industry, and we remain a world-leading supplier today.To maintain our position, we know that we must continue paying close attention to customer needs and expectations and the development of international markets. Our new ‘Quality starts here’ brand platform is part of our effort to do that.

While drawing up our new growth strategy, we held a series of workshops to find out what matters most to our customers. The top priority that emerged was the availability of ingredients at the right quality. ‘Quality starts here’ builds on that input, emphasising towards our customers and ourselves the importance of quality in all our activities. Not just the innovative ingredients that we deliver, but also at our advanced facilities where our expert teams support customers with fast-to-market solutions that meet their challenges with minimal environmental impact. In the months ahead, we will use our brand platform to strengthen our culture for high quality even further.
