Infant nutrition
Due to their low content or absence of antigens, pre-digested bovine milk proteins produced by extensive hydrolysis of intact proteins have long been used for infants with cows’ milk allergy.
Today, partially hydrolysed proteins are increasingly being introduced into traditional infant formulas, either to prevent allergy or to ease protein digestion. Partially hydrolysed proteins are generally less expensive and taste better than extensively hydrolysed proteins.
Sports nutrition
Strenuous exercise breaks down and rebuilds muscle tissue. For optimum performance, sports competitors are dependent on the rapid restoration of muscle cells and energy. Our whey protein hydrolysate is an excellent component to accelerate recovery from exercise-induced muscle damage. It also facilitates fast recovery of muscle strength.

Clinical nutrition
The excellent solubility and high heat stability of protein hydrolysates makes them ideal for when a liquid protein source is easier to consume than solids. In such applications, hydrolysates provide easily accessible amino acids and are an excellent choice in the production of clear, refreshing beverages.
Bioactive peptides in the form of caseino phospho peptides and casein hydrolysates are also available.
