At Arla Foods Ingredients, we have developed a series of functional milk proteins for ready meals with “back to nature” appeal.
In one simple addition, our solutions effectively perform the role of emulsifier, texturiser and stabiliser – minimising the need for additives such as modified starch and gums. Manufacturers can not only reduce the list of additives on their product labels, opportunities to cut out expensive ingredients, such as non-fat dry milk and cream, also bring significant cost savings.
