Cooperation across borders

Meeting the needs of our customers and the consumers who buy their products is the very heart of our business. That is what makes close working relationships so important to achieving our primary goal giving food manufacturers the best opportunities for success.
A seminar held for existing and potential customers in the Baltic States is one example of our efforts to help local food manufacturers make optimum use of the market potential now accessible via the European Union. Similarly, at major food exhibitions such as Health Ingredients Europe, we put considerable effort into presenting our latest products and concepts and providing inspiration for our customers’ own product development. Within our application centres, we help customers turn their ideas into commercially viable solutions.

 

Our international specialists work constantly to cement the strong customer relationships that are so important to us. As we highlight in this issue of Talking Point, we are committed to making a rapid and well-considered response to customer needs in countries as far apart as Germany and Mexico. Through close cooperation, our knowledge of milk-based ingredients is spreading fast to food manufacturers around the world.
