Arla Foods Ingredients presented a lunch box full of inspiration at IFT 2005 in New Orleans and reaped the rewards in the form of high-level interest and numerous inquiries from visitors to the company booth.
Some 500 lunch boxes were handed out during the event, each containing samples of healthy food products made with functional milk proteins, nutritional ingredients and the low-calorie sweetener Gaio^® tagatose.

Visitors welcomed our lunch boxes, which provided a very broad impression of our capabilities and, as such, a good starting point for discussions. In recent years, our experiences at IFT have been characterised by the growing interest in what we can offer, he says.
Arla Foods Ingredients was one of 1055 exhibiting companies at IFT. In all, the annual meeting and expo attracted more than 18,000 visitors.
