New and improved application opportunities with functional milk proteins were in sharp focus during a three-day workshop attended by 60 members of Arla Foods Ingredients’ international sales and customer service force. At the end of the technical training sessions, the participants left even better equipped to serve their markets.
Functional milk proteins for key application areas such as dairy products, ice cream, meat and emulsified products were central elements of the training. During the workshop, some of the food provided was made with newly developed proteins, so the participants could experience the quality benefits for themselves.
The workshop also provided the ideal forum for strengthening contacts and sharing knowledge with colleagues from Europe, America, China and the Middle East. |
