Chinese businesspeople met an innovative food ingredients company with natural, value-adding solutions for the whole food industry at Food Ingredients China 2006 in Shanghai.
Arla Foods Ingredients used the event to build awareness of itself as a company and the benefits available to the Chinese food industry - both high quality milk-based ingredients and technical service.
Specific concepts on display included ice cream and ham with functional milk proteins; nutritional solutions for protein bars and beverages; and calcium fortification with CAPOLAC® .
